1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LeetTracker. By accessing or using our daily check-in tracking application and website at leettracker.leetlabs.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeetTracker. Please read them carefully before using our Service.

2. Description of Service

LeetTracker is a free daily check-in tracking application designed to help users maintain streaks and track their consistency. The Service allows you to:

  • Record daily check-ins at 13:37
  • Track your streak history and statistics
  • Earn achievements based on your consistency
  • Sync your data across multiple devices

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You can register using your email address or through third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any information that changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Inactive accounts may be automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to manipulate check-in data or artificially inflate streaks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is owned by LeetTracker and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as your display name). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Your data will be preserved indefinitely without loss

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEETTRACKER AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or streak information
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Damages arising from service interruptions or technical issues
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeetTracker and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Any content you submit through the Service

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (such as Google or Apple for authentication). These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as through the app or via email).

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state where the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the European Union.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeetTracker regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
